It was just a fine choice for a fleeting moment in Portland with good value for cost. The breakfast sandwiches were decent, but I expected more from the spread. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast to get the best selection.

good location but average amenities
The bed offered decent support for a good night's sleep. The room layout was efficient and provided ample space for movement. The small refrigerator was convenient for keeping snacks cool.
Amenities did not stand out as exceptional.

Great Stay with Amazing Service!
My partner and I had a lovely one-night stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in the dining area, providing us with excellent recommendations. The room was cozy and perfect for relaxation after our event. I suggest requesting a higher floor for better views.

Had a great time with friends! The beds were super comfy, and we loved hanging out in the spacious lobby with breakfast included. We visited the Japanese Garden and went on a brewery tour, which were awesome local spots. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use some updates, and there’s a parking pass for guests, but it's free. Overall, really enjoyable stay!
However, the shuttle service was disappointing. We had to wait longer than expected for a ride from the airport, which was frustrating after traveling all day. The front desk staff could also improve their customer service skills as my experience wasn't the best.

I loved the spacious King Studio with Sofa Bed. The mini fridge helped keep our snacks cold. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast offered a variety of options, but I felt it could use a few more choices like bacon or quiches. The area was quiet, and the shower worked great. The staff in the dining area were friendly, but I found some of the front desk staff less attentive. The shuttle service let us down. we waited longer than expected for a ride from the airport, which was frustrating. I also noticed strange signage about the parking lot, leaving me confused about where I could park. Room cleanliness was handled well, but the lighting in our room felt inadequate for getting ready. There’s potential here, but a few updates could really enhance the experience.

The room was spacious, perfect for our large family. We loved the proximity to the airport, making our travels super convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool area while we appreciated the comfortable sleep after a long day of exploring.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the planes was quite disruptive at night.

I appreciated the elegant decor and spacious lobby area, providing comfortable seating for relaxing. The accessibility features, including elevators and straightforward layouts, made it easy for my elderly parents to navigate around the hotel seamlessly.
Breakfast options could use more variety and freshness.

Proximity to local events made this an ideal choice. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and the quiet area allowed for a good night's sleep. Enjoying the decent breakfast was a nice bonus, offering sufficient protein options. A disappointment was the advertised whirlpool that didn't exist, as only the pool was available.
